This multi-level private villa is surrounded by tropical landscapes and offers space, comfort and total privacy in a serene Caribbean setting. Located just minutes from the golden sands and pristine waters of Sandy Beach, Amapola House is designed to comfortably accommodate an entire family or a large group of up to eight persons, in four spacious bedrooms and three luxury bathrooms. The interior is designer-decorated, with a private collection of heirloom antiques and historic photos of Rincon past, including exclusive ones from the 1968 World Surfing championship. We are looking to exchange for 2-6 persons. We've enjoyed exchanges in Europe, Central America, Florida, Manhattan and Washington DC. We'll respond to all exchange offers. Exchanges need not be simultaneous.
